Hello, I’m Josephine Younes, a psychologist offering warm, thoughtful, and compassionate support for adults.
I work with clients who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, emotionally stuck, or affected by relationship difficulties and life transitions. I aim to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can speak openly, better understand their experiences, and work toward meaningful change.

How I work
I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and collaborative. My role is not to judge or rush your process, but to help you better understand your experiences, emotions, patterns, and needs.
Together, we may explore current challenges, emotional responses, coping strategies, and the wider context of your life. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to reflect honestly.
